Just wondering what others use? It would be great there is a FTP util that scans a directory (and subs) and only transferred updates (also deletes remote files no longer existing in local dir). Anything?

Really cheap method (if time is cheap):
Write a script that recursively mines your website, outputting a list of files and attributes.
Write a PB program that calls the script and compares the result with previous list.
Download where there are differences.

You could try
SyncBack. There is a freeware version that is really good.
