Hihi,

has anyone got a nice gamegui to run yet eg CEGUI or similar ?
Otherwise i guess ill have to stick back to my original idea adn code one myself ( fun... i just wish i had more time atm ... =/ ) .

All i basically need are simple buttons , some simple window management and some type of inputbox for now.

Are we talking about an OGL output... DX... or pure software rendering for your GUI (Or you want it all)?

I've seen a lib called ScreenGadgets at the PBOSL (http://pbosl.purearea.net/) It might be of help.


I don't really think that CEGUI has been "wrapped" or imported in PB, but, it can be done. Sometimes it might be faster to import than create your own... But it all depends on your project requirements.

I second Screen Gadgets from PBOSL. It is definately useful, and created in PB, so you can modify by adding more objects, even make it use Sprite3Ds.
