I have a lot of ifs in the above posts and my tongue is firmly in my cheek.

From what I can gather:

* It apparentely runs from a maildrop in "Ralph's Grocery Store", along with it's website.
* It allegedly uses Readers Digest type methods (Congratulations, you are one of 2% of applicants who were approved for [something]. Unless you respond to say "no" we will assume "yes" and start deducting the $100 monthly payment.
* It allegedly advises of possible pending payments, and when you respond charges a $100 action or transaction fee to handle the response.
* It allegedly claims Target as one of the companies it has made a webcash deal with, and Target allegedly have advised that this is not the case.
* It allegedly commenced a "beat paypal" business with a $25,000 startup.

So, for now, I wait an see.

If it is legit and if I decide to go with it, I will use your link.

I hate GreenZap, the only thing why I wanted to advertise it on these forums are that I can get my last 100$ together to buy games on Gamefly and to say bye to GreenZap...
