i am interested to buy purebasic but i have these question.
1)I have see on windows i can create .dll on linux i can create .lib that expose a procedure because i need to wrap on C# with mono.
2)The drawing primitives (lines,circle,rect...) on purebasic can draw with antialias?

welcome to purebasic! good choose ^^
1) Windows nor the Linux version of PureBasic can create C# generated code! But afaik, you can use/access from C# to normal Win32 routines like normaly DLL files, so there shouldnt be any big problem to use PureBasic compiled stuff as DLL in C#
2) The 2D drawing primitives used by PureBasic on the Windows version are based on GDI and this class dont support any antializing stuff! If you want to any antializing drawing primitives you have two options: a) you have to use GDI+ which support antializing afaik or you have to write your own drawing routines
