to Fred and other Pure Basic representatives

hello,

I sent you Fred and Pure Basic support a few emails concerning that I didn't receive my Pure Basic license.

I ordered Pure Basic thru the secured online ordering at your website
last night at around a little after 6pm. I used my Visa and the order was verified and went thru.
However, I did not receive my valid Pure Basic license at my original email address of anaken2@aol.com

I also have another email address of brother-iron@lycos.com

I don't know what happened but the point of sale transaction went thru my bank(Bank of America)....however, I did not receive my Pure Basic license.
By the way, did you and Pure Basic support receive my few emails??
The one from my anaken2@aol.com address and my other email address of brother-iron@lycos.com

Can you help me receive my address. Can you check into this???

Did you checked you spam filter ? Aol is well known for that.

No, I didn't check it.

Yet, can you do me a favor and send the Pure Basic license to me over at my other email address.

The email address is brother_iron@lycos.com

This seems to work cause I was sent an activation sequence and it went thru as I registered on this forum site.
