Return of LoadWorld() and support for additional formats?

Fred, you said that loadworld() will be in as soon as the sprite lib has been portet to DX9. 2 Questions/requests on this:
1. When will that approximately be? 1 Month? 2 Months? 1 Year? Any guess?
2. Will the 'new' loadworld() support additional file formats like stated in the 3.94 helpfile:

Because you know:Load a whole world. Currently, the Quake3 BSP format is the only one supported but more formats will follow.
The BSP format is owned by iD Software and can be only used in freeware programs. Commercial software must acquiers a license from iD to exploit it.
