Hmm you asking how to make an installer, or what program that installer belongs to? The answer to a) would be to look for an installer maker such as the one made by the mob associated with Winamp. The answer to b) would probably require a psychic computer tech.

A chinese forum would be neat. Well ok I couldn't use it, I barely speak English let alone any of the many Chinese dialects. There is a German forum, probably a French one and this one. Makes me wonder how many PureBASIC users there are all up world-wide.
