Shouldn't it be 4D? Time is the fourth dimension, right?

it's difficult to say.
what is the definition of a dimension?
becuase if time can be a measurable dimension like the other 3 (which is kinda is) then it may be considered as a extra dimension

there has been a few recent theories that suggest as much as 11 dimensions sounds kinda strange to me

Time is just another invisible axis in our world. And normally Screens are 2D.

When you refer to 2D and 3D, its visible axes. Ergo: 3D isnt 4D unless you begin to mix.

Well movement is a plait in the time. But we don't move the pixels ;) we are just drawing objects at another place. If we would have 4D, our pixels would move over the screen and not just change the color.

Yes. We redraw it, hence no 4th dimention visible seen from an individual point of view.
