Using %TEMPFILE for a plugin but IDE doesn't refresh

I've done a pretty cool plugin for the actual IDE that would be very cool for everyone. This plugin uses the %TEMPFILE-Parameter and modifies the relating file. I chose the right configuration for my plugin in the IDE but the IDE doesn't reload from the tempfile. And when I browse the tempfile I see my modifications been done successfully.

The next problem is that the IDE doesn't reactivate after my plugin ends - I mean the IDE doesn't get back the focus and so it blinks red in the task bar. Well that's bad, too.

Can anybody help me?!??! Please, because I don't wanna have done a bunch of hours for (a plugin free for all) for nothing.

You can force windows to refresh %Temp% with :

Code: Select all

SendMessage_(#HWND_BROADCAST,#WM_SETTINGCHANGE,0,"Environment")

Thx for the reply but I think thats not the cause of my problem. There's no relation to environmental variables, I meant the %tempfile-feature of the "new" PB-IDE in communicating with dedicated plugins.
