Thats a stupid way of thinking, Polo.
I won't argue with you about this since I have no time to waste (;)) But I will just tell you something, at MS there are no stupids. Sure, they are all human (I hope so
) So as you, they commit some mistakes, that's about all, they have more money than they could possibly use on their entire life. What about you?

Microsoft is great
What about the other companies?, well, they are getting paid more than they are worth some times (more than they are actually worth, not as much as it will become worth on some years thanks to MS possibly).
Even is MS trashes something, and what?.. I mean, I already paid you.. quit bothering me

Well, they bought DOS, they bought DirectX, they bought out StarOffice so that they could sell their own MS Office, they bought Expression, they bought Hotmail, they are buying speech features for Vista, they bought the brand name Vista, they bought the solitaire that comes with Windows, they bought the 3d Pinball that comes with XP, they bought MS Antispyware, they bought Virtual PC, and most of the software they didn't buy, they stole.
They didn't make the base of Internet Explorer, they didn't make the entire DOS (they parts they didn't buy they stole), they didn't make NTFS by themselves, "the one thing Windows is good for (true-type fonts)" they made together with Apple, ...

- And trust me, not everyone is a thief.
But lets change subject a little... You all know PANDA Software (ew..) Well, I'm starting to get very annoyed, since they keep on spamming me about their "free" products (they say its free but when you go to their site they charge you quite a lot per licence)... I never signed in any newsletter of them since I was never interested on their products nor their lame company... It really annoys me that they make spam to sell more, it simply pisses me off.

Just look at the "Help -> About" menu of most Microsoft apps and you'll see
who the original authors were.
