He he he that's very interesting reading.
I liked this comment: "There are no books on how to learn Beethoven, or Quantum Physics, or even Dog Grooming in a few days" hehehehe

Very interesting read.
I appreciate his advise to learn multipe languages. I also liked his comments about getting involved in language standardization efforts, only to advise a few lines further down the document:
"Have the good sense to get off the language standardization effort as quickly as possible"
