Weird keys

Ctrl+Context Menu (key 93):
Often the insert cursor is moved to somewhere else. Is
that intentional?
Ctrl+Pause|Break:
Inserts strange symbol.
Ctrl+\ (key 219):
Insert cursor moves unpredictable up?
Ctrl+~|^|ยจ (key 186):
Inserts strange symbol.
Ctrl+-|_ (key 189):
Inserts strange symbol.
Suggestion:
Add Ctrl+Pipe to the manual.
