PBEM= Play By E-Mail

Games like the old XCom, or 4000 A.D., etc.

Usually they are turn-based strategy games that are played via email.

I never cared for the $$ aspect either.

I was mainly guaging interest because I am adding PBEM capabilities to a couple of the games I am working on and will be needing beta testers.

Yeppers, it would also include sports games. Many of the PBEMs evolved out of the old snail mail games.
