For version numbering and just for a version history I like to keep track of how many time's I've compiled a file (including F5 compiles and creating a .exe). I'd really like it if there was an option in the editor to automatically keep a track of this for you and add it to the (end?) of the source file.

Yes I agree. I've thought about that myself.
Visual Dialogscript has that function and alot of the users there love that, including me

Btw, I only have PB installed and PB is the only programming language I use. And will keep using, no matter what happens
