For 4.0 I'd hope

Heres the things I want most:
A) All features to work fully in any pb supported OS, and for this to be held true for future versions hereafter, even if it means delaying the release of a version that is ready. (Of course exceptions for things that just can't be done on xx OS is reasonable)
B) Function overloading
C) 64k strings and > 64k strings. maybe .s and .ss
D) Doubles
E) Unsigned types (.ub, .ul)
And to me the most important 2:
F) Easy way to use C .lib's directly
G) Local arrays and (possibly) local linked lists
