I've published recently my website. It's about programming languages. But it's special for PureBasic. Has forums, Source-Codes and Tutorials about PureBasic. Please, if you is of a country what speech Portuguese or you know Portuguese language, please participate.

Just a comment..
Your avatar, the animated gif.. its 260kBs..
That means, someone with a 56kbps connection, would take about a minute to download your avatar, but if hes downloading a whole thread with 20 replies full of avatars, images, etc.. it might take 4 minutes till your avatar finished loading - I don't find this good for them. Sure whoever that made that animation made a funny job, but thats about all to me.
No its not for/about me, I have 2272kbits/s here so I really don't notice the size of this stuff when im browsing a site/forum.. Just a comment.
Glad to see about the community.
I've been on the site.. (I speak spanish so I understand portuguese.. Don't know why but I do perfectly understand it). Anyway, your post seems more like spam to me than anything else.. Since in the front page you cant see a PB section - then its not definetly dedicated to PB.. its just another CMS-based try of community. Only thing you'll find its an article about PB and a section in the forums... I've seen many sites with such sections already, so this is more like spam to me.
Nevertheless.. Good to know about PB being included on more sites (however its just another cms-based try of community as I said..) But Im just commenting from my point of view.

I get a size of only 11.57 KB here...

An image on a web page only loads once, so even if his avatar appeared
20 times, it wouldn't load each one over a 4-minute period.

Doesn't seem like spam to me. It's "Off topic" and there is info about pb with links on the front page.
Glad to see more people plugging it.

Sorry, my avatar.
My site is more for PureBasic. All days I update, the PureBasic source codes, and generally add new tutorials. At this time still have few tutorials and few posts in the forum because the site is very recent. In this moment have 6 PureBasic tutorials, a mini e-book for beginners and various source codes.
One day it will be the largest community of PureBasic of Portuguese Language.

Even, if I can't read anything in portuguese.
The contents are PureBasic releated (even if there are also other programming langauges) - so I already confirmed to add his site to the PureArea.net link list.
(Just hadn't the time for an update.)
