Automatic Password Recovery.

On the downloads / Members page, there's a tick that allows you to recover your password via Email. I have done that last Thursday/Friday, and have not received my email with l/p information.

This leads me to believe this is a manual process. And it makes perfect sense since you want to make sure that the email is indeed a valid licensed account.

I was wondering, is there any chance to make this automated? Something like have it run up against a database of licensees before sending out the information via that email address?

I have had to use this in the past and it was always "instant" for me. :(

Nope, its automated. Just tried now to double check and it works fine  You just have to enter the right info. To retrieve the password you do NOT enter your "contact email address" you enter the email address you used when you ordered PB and then it will send the password to the email address listed for "contact".

If you never updated the info on your user account, then indeed you may be SOL.

Also make sure the PB domain is in your allowed list in your filters
