Add a option to run the game in a window. (I have the code already)
I haven't looked at it in ages, but doesn't it already have that option?

Yes, the actually release of the game allows for fullscreen or windowed mode as well as audio on or off.

The game is a single EXE available for both Windows and Linux OS

I'm not a very experienced programmer but just enjoy the fun of altering someone's code.
This is why I'm not releasing source for Transpetris.

Great game. Perhaps you could try and increase the inteligence of the lady bugs a tad. Still much better than I could do though.

Other than the fact he didn't write it, Paul did. Paul is the one who deserves credit and praise

Refeshing to know my depravity has not reduced me to hallucinating "windowed mode" in games where it didn't exist.

Yeppers, that is why I never release source to anything. If you do, someone will come along slap their name on it, recompile it and release it.

I took that as conversational, one hobbyist to others. It's not as though it appeared as ShareWare on download.com. So, what is the issue?

There is a difference between learning from code and taking code.

However, if he has the blessing of the author then have fun
