This tool started as a very tiny patch creator for my needs.

But the longer i worked on it, the more ideas i had...
Now it can create Patchers, Silent Patchers, Installers with License Agreement, Logo, Uninstaller, whatever... and even can handle Registry Settings.

I was too lazy to create any help file... maybe later, first i'll look if anyone runs in serious problems without a help file.

I don't think it will be totaly bugfree, as i didn't really tested any possible condition, so feel free to make bugreports.
