Save as all files doesn't work?

If I write a program, choose "Create Executable", enter "MySaver.scr" in the filename box and choose "All files" in the file type box, I expect it to be saved as "MySaver.scr". This does not happen. It gets saved as "MySaver.scr.exe". What is the point of the "All files" option if it's just going to stick ".exe" on the end of everything? For those of us writing screensavers it is much easier if we can save a .scr directly in \system32 and test it without renaming and relocating.

Note than with the new IDE you can automate the rename by an external tool triggered automatically after a 'Create Executable' event (for a temporary workaround).
