Congratulations - what a thriller :!:

I guess you are drunk by now, ricardo ;-)

IMHO it's good that Argentina won because otherwise they would have played
versus Germany again. And that would be rather boring, I think.

Furthermore I'd like to see if they can beat Brazil as well ...

benny!

@ricardo:

You better shouldn't get used to the feeling of winning games. At least in one
year it's over ;-) because then the winner is ... germany :!:

BTW ... if argentina wins the confed cup. Statistically, a team which wins the
confed cup has never won the next world championship.

Sorry to say that ;-)

benny!

Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.

It wasn't easy..... but I managed to spot the BUG in your World Cup predictor.....

Code: Select all

Dim Teams.s(10)
For i= 1 To 10
  Read Team$
  Teams(i) = Team$
Next

SortArray(Teams(),1,1,10)
Debug "Position in next world championship 2006:"
Debug ""

For i = 1 To 10
  Debug Str(i) + " " + Teams(i)
Next

DataSection
Data.s "Brasil","Germany","Spain","England","Mexico","Japan","Argentina","Poland","Timbouctu","Others"
EndDataSection

But you make a mistake!

The ones you show us is the one that measures the number of goals each team receive, Argentina is in the last position because (AS IN THE OLIMPIC GAMES!!!!!) dont receive NOT ONE GOAL and play more games that others and get the gold medal. :P

Yes, its amazing, but its Argentina!! :twisted:

Note: How much often you see a champion that dont receive a single goal?? :shock:

Ricardo!

The BBC sent a reporter to the Argentine training camps recently. He has discovered Argentinas plan to Win the world cup!

Apparently they are sending their players to the same training camp that Maradonna ( Doughnut ) went to in 1986.

They are obviously trying to recapture that Magic!

Here is one of their strikers in secret training!
