I have had the Xbox 1 for a few years now and it's great. I have installed a modchip in it and I'm now just using it as a media station, which is perfect for the Xbox. I was going to buy the 360, but after alot of research, not only on hardware, but also on games and on mods under development, I have decided to buy the PS3 when it comes out

Great engineering is showing when you can buy the same games for PS2 (which is, what, 7 years old now?) as you can for the XBox

Dudes i've just seen traillers from Grand Turism, Tekken 6 and Final Fantasy for playstation 3, and both my balls dropped and rolled on the floor!
Man forget about Xbox 360, games for it just look like games on a high end PC...
Eheheh Lucas Arts & Pixar could use Ps3 for their movies in REAL time ...

Moreover, PS3 means a very new concept of computing and processing tech

Afaik, there were rumours about an SDK+Emulator distribuited for Ps2 to use in PC, the idea was to make home/independent programmers develop titles for PS2 and thus an even bigger market.
Don't know if that really happened, cause that SDK is worth a lot of $$$, and i think sony ended up selling it to companies that could afford it.
Never the less titles are now programmed in dedicated DEV Boxes, using PS own programming language...

Found this at a Forum:

For playstation 1... An unoficial SDK

Here's a PS dev-box:I know that it is possible to get Playstation 2 SDK, but it costs $20,000 or something, and frankly out of my range --- by several digits.
