GlobalHotkeys Library: create global shortcuts

Hello,

This library is useful to create shortcuts which work in all windows.
To download it, click here. If it doesn't work, click here. Sory for my english in the help, but if you give me a list, I will fix thes errors. ;-)

From what I have tested this lib works good! Thanks for sharing it! I use Macro Express 3 for my global shortcuts... but now I can code for others such macros so that they can use such to launch programs we both share in common. *salute*

About the lib: I have done a new version. There is no changes for the code, but the help is better (we can say that a web translator understand it :-)). the links are the sames. For all bug or language problem, post here.

Having examples in the Help file(s) really does... well... help. Thanks for that as well!

I believe every lib's Help file should have examples for each function!
