SetTextColor

This lib allows to show text and an icone but especially exploits the possibilities of windowXP and reacts to the flying and click over the mouse for this system only.
There is no file of help but example in the Lib explains in detail functioning especially that there is only a single command.
Use with these Gadgets only:
ButtonGadget
CheckBoxGadget
OptionGadget
ImageGadget
The lib does not use of callback
