Hi !
While surfing, I came accross this program :
http://www.glbasic.com/en/about.html
It sounded like it's just crap, BUT : you can, while being on windows, compile for the other supported os, like Linux !
This would be really good for Purebasic, no ?
I think it has been requested before, but I can't resist

Well, it wouldn't be that hard, but i believe you will still have to test your app on the OS to ensure it works correctly.

Yes, but that was the thing I wanted since I've heard of PB and other OS

Yeah, but anyway it would be a nice feature

Imagine I haven't got a mac (well, you don't have to imagine, i just don't have one

), when the mac version will come out, it would be amazing to be possible for me to compile my program as a MacOSX executable, and then to give it to somebody who do own a Mac, that way i would see if it works

But anyway... I shouldn't need to test if it works for the other os if i just use Purebasic functions

For me anyway, it would be a really good feature !!

Cool, I'm not the only one who wants that
