WOW (hehe) - is this MMORPG huge or what?!?! I have seven chars, but have travel around the whole world for the first time now... and I must say I'm impressed. Blizzard have done a great job!!!

I came from EQ2 but don't spend any time there now. WoW is so much better, in many ways... but that's my personal opinion...

I saw some of the bootleg versions in the shopping malls going for US$3. It is called World of Warcraft Offline. Seems that you setup your PC as a server and play WoW.

don't got it yet, maybe tomorrow or wednesday, and i don't have any
time till thursday, but thursday i've no school , i've got a notebook too,
with 1,8 ghz and 512mb ram, but with a ATI igp340m with 64, dunno if
it's good, but some told me it's more an office graphics card and not
useful for playing

You might be okay. It's not quite an office card, but its not exactly a geforce 6800 either =)

Hmmm... Bought "Guild Wars" online yesterday, but you can't really compare GW with WoW. I don't think Guild War is a real MMORPG i.e,

* You can only see online characters when you are in a town etc or your party members when you quest, so it's a sneak MMORGP

* GW is linear, very linear... Follow the path!

* What I can see - you have no craft skills? or?

* The PvP area is very small and nothing like the real game

* It's very short between areas (loading and decompressing)

* No "real" citys and stores

* The npcs are... hmmm... well, how can I explain?! More static then in WoW - and don't talk...

* and much, much more that are missing

but... It wasn't so expensive, so what the heck... :) and maybe it gets better in the future...

EQ2 and WoW can be compared - GW we have to compare with something else...

One last word - I have to admit that GW have rather crisp and nice graphics!!
