How do you purchase PB from the U.S.? The BluePaid link doesn't seem to provide a link.

How many USD is 59 Euros?

I just tried it and the "Online Ordering" link seems to work just fine:

Right now it's at about $77,- but that changes day by day

I don't know how this is handled in the US but everytime I buy something in
USD via creditcard (being located in germany) I have to pay an added 1%
handling fee.

I ordered pb in late 2004, cost me about 75 bucks. My credit card (mastercard i think), did not charge me anything to convert it from USD.
