Don't laugh; color schemes CAN be trademarked, at least here in Australia.
You can't (for example) use the color purple for chocolate products because
that color belongs to Cadbury.

Same in germany. The biggest telecom company has rights reserved on the
magenta color they use (some other conditions must apply as well to get into conflict, but the nail on the coffin was the color).

It became very dangerous if any company trademarks a skincolor.
2 possibilities
1. We have to peel-off our skins.
2. We have to paint another color on our skins.
