Can anyone recommend a web host that provides JSP/Tomcat?

I'm currently trying imhosted.com and have 6 weeks left with them but the server has been down too much to run a business from so unless the situation improves i'll change host. In the meantime i want to have some other hosts to be looking at.

The requirements are:

• Excellent reliability (and not just saying they're reliable on their home page)
• JSP/Tomcat support
• The option of upgrading to a dedicated server at some point
• Minimum 1 gig space and 50 gig transfer per month
• Cost under £20 (about $40) per month

And if they're situated in the UK then even better but i'll look at any host that has the basic requirement of JSP/Tomcat. So any ideas? Thanks!

Tried that but was hoping for a recommendation from someone. The imhosted.com server we're on has now been down for over 30 hours and the best looking alternatives i've found so far are either a Lycos VDS (virtual dedicated server) or a shared account with lunarpages.com (Resin instead of Tomcat but that shouldn't be a problem). Still looking though!
