do anyone knows , how to send forcefeedback datas to a gamepad or joystick?

a list of DirectX-APIs of it ?
a little lib ?
DLL ?

Have a look at the DX-SDK for DirectInput.

ForceFeedback-Support in DirectX seems pretty straightforward (I don't have any devices to test though).
If you encounter any problems converting the SDK-examples, I'd be glad to help.
