Library functions are not working

The functions
- CallCFunction
- CallCFunctionFast
- CountLibraryFunctions
- ExamineLibraryFunctions
- IsFunctionEntry
- IsLibrary
- LibraryFunctionAddress
- LibraryFunctionName
- NextLibraryFunction
are not working. They are not implementated

From the TODO that came with 3.91:
; Know bugs/lacks against Windows version
Library:
ExamineLibraryFunctions(), CountLibraryFunctions(),
LibraryFunctionAddress(), LibraryFunctionName(),
NextLibraryFunction() and IsFunctionEntry() aren't supported
