ToolBarEx ? - Big Symbols

Hi Fred!
Using CreateToolbar only allow to use small icons!? Can you add ToolBarEx or something to create toolbars with big symbols for windows, linux, mac?
Would be nice to have an optonal flaf for docking toolbars (moveable) like toolbars in office products!
