MicroBasic, basic language for mobile phones

Hi, i was developing a basic language for mobile phones, the runtime was written on java 2 micro edition (java version for mobile phones and pda computers), and the compiler was written on PureBasic. It's the first release as beta stage, it only can draw images or 2d elements and read game keys. To test the programs you must to have a mobile phone with java support with MIDP 1.0, or download the java wireless toolkit of sun, that include an emulator of java 2 micro edition.
To download the compiler go here:

To download the emulator of Java Wireless Toolkit go here:

Yes, it could be awesome, but i have some problems to make it, i don't have a pocketpc, i made the basic language for java, because i learnt java on university, but i don't know anything about pocketpc, make a pocketpc basic language require to learn all about pocketpc and i don't have the time required for it. And at the moment i don't have time to update microbasic...

That's ok.
I'm not that good with java myself. I have read one book for newbies, so I know the very basics. But that's about it. Maybe I should take it further and checkout your compiler. Would be fun to write stuff for my cellphones. Yes, cellphoneS hehehehe
Do you know if there is a big difference between normal mobile java and the system Panasonic X70 uses?

The compiler is on a very early stage, you can create very simple games, about Panasonic X70 i think that it support MIDP 2.0 and MicroBasic use MIDP 1.0, it must to work. MicroBasic will work on any cell phone with java support, because it use only J2ME classes of MIDP 1.0. Generally cell phones with j2me support have all default classes, but some models have its own classes also (usually to solve some lacks of MIDP 1.0 that don't support sound and other features that MIDP 2.0 support), but MicroBasic don't use special classes...

I think Dave was going to do something with MIDP2.0 (David Firth wrote the MicroBASIC). I've known him for years - he is from Preston too!
Dave is probabily most "famous" for his 8-bit Atari emulator.
