I have installed Fedora Core on an old 40gig disk and made my unit dual boot. I now need to get stuff from the windows disk to the linux disk.
I assume it could be done via burning CDs, but prefer not. Another way would be upload/download except I need to get online with linux and one of the things I need to get across is BPALOGIN so I can connect via my ISP.
Is there any windows software that would allow accessing the linux HD? Or vice versa, so once I get it onto the linux disk I can access the windows disk?
Also, linux isn't linux, it seems. ??
As soon as I went looking for executables it appeared that many were restricted to certain linux flavours. Is this correct? (Although most have source so could be rebuilt for a particular flavour, I guess.)
Thanks.
