Any views on the best way to accept payments via the internet? There seems to be a number of options and personal experiences/ view/ comments would help me choose which is best for me. I have a paypal account that I used once (only) to make a payment but I'm not sure this is the best method (there seemed to be some grumbles about it a while ago). I'm in the UK if that's relevent.

Paypal is good to have but not very many people trust it in my experience. I'm with Plimus (www.plimus.com) and eSellerate (www.esellerate.net) for kBilling and like them both. Plimus is cheaper, so they are my main processor.

I use www.regsoft.com, never any unsolved problem..

They do respond through email well.

An overview of available services and a "services fee calculator" can be found on http://www.regshare.com/
