Cropping tool for 1bit tiff files...

Do any of you know of a utility that can monitor a hot folder, then when it finds a 1bit (black & white) tiff file, it takes that file and crops off all the white space around the main image maybe leaving a little bit (user defined?). Then when its finished pops it into another folder. Anyone seen anything like that?
