E-Torment / no account info after purchase

Can someone share their PureBasic online purchase experience so I will have a clue what went wrong with my purchase. Last time I checked, about a week after the purchase, the transaction had only been approved. Now I just verified the purchase did go through with my credit card company.
I know Fred has been on vacation but, in the FAQs page it says to expect the account info within 5 minutes of your online purchase.
Does everyone experience long delays receiving their account info? (ie. much greater than 5 minutes)
Is this delay I am experiencing just due to Freds vacation?
I have seen some comment here about some delays so I'm wondering if these delays are just part of the norm.
I am afraid my purchase may have been lost somewhere between BluePaid and whatever automated email server it was that was supposed to forward my account info.
Thanks in advance...

One of the following is highly possible
1. Fred is still on vacation (I believe he is the one who takes care of orders)
2. Purebasic's wacky ISP has made you another victim of their fake spammer list.
((Whoo hoo! My 500th post!))

Thanks Shannara, and congrats on your 500th post. Arrg! This wait is grueling... not to mention torturous. I wish Fred had a US vendor but I've searched and appearently there are none. Not enough sales volume to justify it I guess.
I'm going with option #2 compounded by option #1. According to the FAQs page, the online order fullfillment is totally automated and that failed, so now I guess I just have to wait another week or so until Fred gets back and can address the problem. Arrg!

Well, if it's #2, then there is no fix. Myself and others have yet recieved or account information and upgrade info for several months (99%). This is due to the screwed up ISP mail server that emails the buggers. *shrugs*
I'd wait until Fred gets back to rule out #1, but if your #2, there is usually someone around here that can relay info back and from Fred. But once you get your account info, dont expect any more future emails.

But you were able to get the Windows 3.91 upgrade using your previous account login though... right?
BTW - Are you Kim or just a 24 fan?

Whats a 24 fan? Ive only seen her from "The Girl Next Door". But yep, you can use your previous account information to get any upgrades that are announced on the forums. However, if you lost the info, your SOL.

8O You don't know "24"? Wow, it's the best Thriller I've ever seen on TV. Visit
http://www.fox.com/24/ for more information.

24 is definitely the best thriller TV series yet. If you've seen "Alias" and liked that, 24 is way cooler! One thing though. 24 was my 1st introduction to Keffer Sutherland, who played Jack in the 24 series. Started renting movies with him in it thinking that would be cool too. Major assault on my eyes. Be carefull to read the label before renting any of his movies. I put the tape in, pushed play and about gagged to see Keffer in briefs hopping and slobbering all over this other guy in bed, also mostly naked. Couldn't get that tape out of the house fast enough. Ack! If I wasn't already addicted to the series, I could never have watched 24 after that. Uhh. "Kim" was Jack's daughter in the series, also plays a major roll and does quite well. BlockBuster rents the 1st two seasons of 24 if you're interested.

Who was the porn star? Not Lucy Lawless? She hasn't done porn, AFAIK.

Lucy Lawless was a porn star before she stared in Xena. (Could sworn I have one of her vids... wife will never let me live that one down

), anyways, she got a part in hercules, and apparently gathered quite a fan base ( and you wonder why... and how she got the part? lol).
Oh well, maybe it was different well known actress? Hmm..

I don't think so. Never heard of this before, and I used to work in the
adult entertainment industry (putting porn movies on adult TV). Never
saw a movie with her, nor heard anything like that. Some searching
of web sites don't reveal such a history in her biographies, either.
(However, it is possible she's hidden this background very well... we
never thought we'd see Cameron Diaz topless in some bondage footage
either, did we?).
Bottom line: I'll only believe it when I see it, and just take it as an urban
legend until then.

why she got the role? i can think of two reasons...
anyway, iirc she was the backup for the xena role (choice nr. 3 or so iirc), fans requested more of her (i wonder why, must be the ayayayayaya when she jumps into battle

) and production costs for two series with partially identical casts, recorded in the same locations, and similar story lines and effects are lower, it just makes sense
anyway, i always neglected this series (i'm a huge series fan, b5, farscape (perhaps one of the best television series ever? mind you, not sf but television

), buffy, angel, twin peaks (hehe), space above and beyound, vr5 (who can help me find this one somewhere?), firefly (superb though ignored), the (original) avengers (ms peel indeed) and so on... no, only a little x-files (only in limited amounts) and certainly NO star-trek (barf))
excuse me while i am being dragged away again in wearing my funny little white jacket with the sleeves all wrong...
oh, ootc: i got the first email / version of pb, when i ordered it way back in time, inside a day or so iirc
