Axis&Allies Game <- Wanting Team

Been a while since ive been here. but had an idea while playing axis and allies with my brother yesterday.
Same game, same rules. 1 minor (major) difference. All turns are at the same time.
Germany & Japan can see each others moves that are going to be made, but not anyone elses.
Russia,Eng and USA can see eachothers turns to be.
Once all players click submit, all the combat turns happen at once. then comes the non combat turn, where everyone puts in their moves.
If you hadn't guessed its due to me wanting a new angle. after all, if you could march into a territory, just as someone else marches in.... or as someone else marches out.
In the real war everything happens at once. Bring that here, its no longer just a board game, stop following its every guide.
Anyone interested? got idea's on other things to do/not to do.
Post, Please.
