Amiga fans might find this interesting.
Runs both PowerPC and MC680x0 applications.
MorphOS combines native PowerPC support with support for the Commodore Amiga series of computers. This covers both the original MC680x0 processor as well as the various PowerPC processors available for them. This gives users of these older machines a future path, as they can take their existing hard drives and MorphOS can run most applications on them directly.

I had a go on a Peg at the last WOASE show, gotta say it was amazing.
Felt just like using an Amiga, but waaaaaaaaaaaay faster.

I talked to Bill Buck (one of the bosses of Genesi), asking about what developer tools come with it etc, I ended up telling him how good PureBasic is, and that he should get in touch with Fred. But, AFAIK, nothing ever happened.

Right now, I`m too unsure of their plans to buy one. They seem to be pushing this "Open Desktop" initiative thing, basically promoting the hardware and Linux& BSD ports, but nothing much about MorphOS.
It just doesn`t seem important in their plans.
