PureBasic improvements

First of all I would like to say that purepasic is one of the best programming languages for the windows platform. But there are a few thing that may be improved
1. The use of crtdll.dll should be removed so you can write executables which only use the kernel library.
2. The header importer should also be made more compatible with c++ headers
