The new site will contain all the files and information that existed on the Resources Site so instead of starting from the ground up, it will already be well established.

Yeah somethin wierd with that site.. I have to hit it through a proxy server..

Try it, in Internet Exploder, goto Tools, Internet Options, Connections tab,
then Lan Settings, and setup the proxy server as such:

211.34.41.1
port 8080

you will be able to get there..

Didn't load in Firefox v0.8 for me (I'm in Oz).
All I get is a link to Paul's audio/video main page.
Even NoahPhense's LAN settings trick in IE didn't work.

Yeah his site is crazy like that for me.. in the past I've always had to run
through a proxy to get to em.. dunno why
