WINDOWS\clock.avi < WHAT THE !!!?

I still don't get billgates... I don't even know why they have a clock.avi at the windows dir! I've seen it on many XP systems.

short cut so they don't have to caluate the x's and y's of drawing a clock like that and in win95 it was used because 486 which was the min required for win95 was hardly powerful enough to be a calulator much less do trig functions like sin and cos
so they did that so it wouldn't slow your computer to a halt to figure were the "little hand whent" and the "big hand whent"

The little hand goes into Bill's pocket to fatten the wallet.
The second hand distracts you so you don't notice.
