I'm currently working on a configuration tweaker for the game Crysis.
Means lots of research and trying to understand esGrid (srod, that's pretty complex

)
Hope to release it within the next 2 weeks...

Easy peasy, a monkey could use it!
(Hang on, a monkey wrote the damn thing!)
(I'm actually toying with the idea of developing a new grid control; one not based on a Window's list view control. You want complicated!

)

Kukulkan, I noticed you just upgraded the barcode library with direct image handle passing - thanks for taking the suggestion! I hope the product has been successful for you.

That would be great

A short example (converted from one of the Cairo examples)
->cairo-example.pb<- and its include file
->cairo-include.pb<-. It requires the Cairo dll and dependencies e.g. from Inkscape. Good luck!

It's not a reason to be rude or something.

It's called 'having a light-hearted conversation between like minded people'. When you start a thread like this you generally set the wheels in motion, as indeed Dracflamloc did, and see where it goes? This is basically an off-topic section after all and like any 'light hearted' conversation, the general thrust of the discussion can often alter direction (although in this case it hasn't drifted too far off topic). It is simple human nature.
Personally, I have enjoyed reading this thread.
**EDIT:
@MrMat : thanks for that, just seen your posting. I'll be studying your example 'til I understand it. A couple of years should suffice!

Actually I was just kidding. Noah knew that.
Reading this thread has expanded my horizons. I did not really know about CAIRO until I saw it on this thread. It looks interesting and might be useful for me some time in the future!
I have also been playing with a way to adapt the ideas of the open office OASIS format.
This leads me to new ideas. This forum is very helpful. Even the joshing and joking tell you things!
