Have you also selected the correct C compiler in the settings?
I can reproduce the problem if I use a C compiler from PB v6.03 in PB v6.04. The debugger also opens in a separate window, but disappears again at the end of the program.

U are right, that was because new 6.04 version got settings were was sets 6.03 C compiler.

If you comment out a line (and it will be selected) and press the right arrow, then the cursor disappears, as if it is between the invisible characters CR and LF. If you press the right arrow again, the cursor appears on the next line. When I press left and it returns to the previous line.
