... still don't get it ...

oh... and have a nice day.
Re: Forums moves to phpbb3 on 9. september 2009
I don't think the css font size is the problem, but the font rendering. Look the same page on misc computers/os/browsers and you'll see the difference.
Re: Forums moves to phpbb3 on 9. september 2009
Yes - I tried this already - but strangly all images will be upsized as well (which is unusual) so they become slightly rotten.idle wrote:If your using fire fox can't you just use it's scaling features?
Does nobody else make this experience ? Do you all see a 10px sized font on all styles?
even though, shouldn't it also lead to the same results on all sides ? meaning in the range of the same forum.djes wrote:I don't think the css font size is the problem, but the font rendering.
I don't know how to go on

With FF 3.5, we have the option to only scale the text.

(Un)holy crap. First thing I thought was, Oh no, someone has hacked the forum. Then I looked closer and saw it had been updated. Looks clean, smooth, and blue. My favorite
Congrats on the upgrade

About my problem I posted earlier (the default of the search function to POST instead of TOPICS) I found a what I hope it will be only an interim solution if someone else is interested.

@DEV-TEAM,
the title "PureBasic Forum" should go to the right not centered, because depending on the font size or window size it's disappearing behind the PureBasic logo.
The beautifier
BTW: using the SkyLineBlue theme...

Re: Forums moves to phpbb3 on 9. september 2009
nice to see an updated forum... but i have to say, i really dislike the new forum... (colors and design is like eye-cancer).... very bad colors, bad seach results overview, why are posting on the left instead like the old, on the right side and on left the authors info?
would like to have back the old (much better) theme!

Is it normal that topics appear in black bold in subsilver? is pretty ugly
Re: Forums moves to phpbb3 on 9. september 2009
I'm sorry too, but I have to say, I really dislike the new forums appearance. Like vain said, the colors and design are bad
on the eyes. It's too blueish and hurts your eyes after looking at it for awhile. Also, when looking to see if a subject was updated.
It's a lot harder now because you have to look through more information to see the date. I like the having the poster on the left,
and the date etc. like before on the right. I know you put a lot of work into this, but I sure would like to see some of the
old method back. Also if you could lesson the blue or darken it a bit, or make it grayer, it would certainly help with the eye strain.
