Hi,yes working if I copy then paste the whole line into the address bar.
However,upon running the VD under XP,I get no menus,the close `X` in the right hand corner is not closing the VD,I have to bring up the windows task manager and kill it to close.
and upon right clicking anywhere I get a small menu full of lines.
Is there somthing going on here,It`s the same under linux.

Did you extract it properly? There is a folder in the zip file which must be present.

Hi,I simply copied,and then extracted the archive to my purebasic folder.

It seems like Bericko forgot to add the prefs file to the package.

Try again, there was a hardcoded path to the catalog files.
Also removed Creategadgetlist in the generated source, so it should be 4.30 compatible now
In MDI modus, there seem to be some event problems, so better not use it, use the tabbed mode (switch off mdi in preferences)
You must edit or remove the NewVDFileConstant.pb and/or NewVDFilePB_Any.pb , coz this is the file the VD uses to start a new project.
If there is CreategadgetList, it will stay...and not be removed by VD
