Steven.

If you don't mind me asking, did Paul give you the source code in place of the course?

Yes he did but that was on the last day he offered it. I'd venture to say he would not offer that to others who have put their money in for the Ionic Uni. since he no longer sells the source code CD.

Mr. Bob Zale, owner of PowerBasic Inc, is preparing a special promotional sales for registered Aurora or EBasic users:

Maybe PureBasic can do something too.

@Kale, I didn't know you were banned. You did awesome graphics for EBasic and Aurora. They helped put a professional edge to them.

Whether Paul likes it or not, it was said and we may choose to do so.
This is very interesting.... I hope the Partner/Devs can take over Aurora and continue it's development... but I doubt Paul will allow that, regardless of what was said previously.

When I first learned about Aurora and was excited about it being a lightweight development tool, I wished I could become a Partner/Developer and contribute to it's development (I have 25 years of programming experience). When Partner/Developer positions were advertised for sale, I was interested, but had already started to form the opinion these roles were just a way for Paul to scam money out of people. I didn't see any evidence of the PD's actually participating in the development of the product or business.

This is unfortunate as I believe it takes a team of people to develop a product such as Aurora, market and promote the product, provide support, and nurture the user base. Perhaps if the PD's can take over, they as a team can achieve what Paul has failed to do.

Aurora could be a very successful product, but it has to have excellent documentation, and it has to be promoted. Instead of promoting Aurora and expanding the user base, Paul has inexplicably chosen to be abusive to his customers on the forum.

I was permanently banned from the Ionic Wind forums, and now can not even access the forums as "Guest". Only registered users may access the forum.

So, as a licensed user of Aurora and Emergence, I am not allowed access to the support forum.

Let Paul burn his bridges. It's him who the harm ultimately comes to.
