You can buy it right off the Blitz website, delivered almost instantly. Even when they were selling the boxed version (they were when I bought it) you still got a download version until your CDs arrived. I know from personal experience how much pressing CDs, printing manuals and boxs and shipping all that can cost so I can't blame the Blitz folks at all for going all electronic.
Regardless, it's still very much available to anyone with an Internet connection, even in Germany!
