So,
after long time, I found a bit time to continue the work on the Engine for a bit. I started a try with Skeleton animation.
In the YouTube Link you can see the first result of it.

That is very impressive!

Is there a way to benchmark it to compare your speed to another engine?

Thanks.
Until. now not. Still too much constructions ^^ and too much is still missing.
But the rendering it self is really fast, and the deferred rendering system allows a display from hundreds of lights.
But as soon the animation system is ready i will make a new small demo^^

The ass scratching won me over.

Fortunately we have an hint is looking away from us, or it could have had a different interpretation.

Looks good, but the animation needs syncing with the movement, i.e. right now he's ice skating, not running :P

It looks good, but shouldn't this be moved to the
Applications - Feedback and Discussion section like MP3D?
It's not related to Ogre3D.

@All: Thank you very much, … but I forgot to say, that until now! each bone has it's own Object. Because we are in the first phase, we have to add first the Bone-System, the management of the Animations and the importing of it. If this all runs smoothly I will start to write the Shader with TerxtureBufferObjects, to get the Skinning of the Skeleton made out of one Object and VertexGroups.

Info: If you like to visit our Homepage: http://unionbytes.de/ , there you can find information about other Projects, and take a look to the Gallery there are mostly all Pictures from the Projects or Models I made. Even so my first job for a 3D Model: THE SEAPIG ^^

@DK_PETER: I thought this topic section is about all 3D stuffs, like OpenGL and not only Ogre. Because the Topic name is: “3D Programming - Everything related to 3D programming”. When I created this one, I was not sure where to put^^
First I thought I put it in Applications but then I thought it’s not ready, nobody can get it or download it until it is stable enough and it is still in developing. So I don’t know which section it should be, I let the Moderator decide^^

@Artus.

Yeah..I agree. The 3D section description is certainly pretty vague.
It's a fact though, that 99.99% of everything here is related to the PureBasic's Ogre3D implementation.
Since you're promoting a third party dll in the making - the correct location should be the suggested section.
But then again - my interpretation could be wrong too.....

Edit: Maybe the Announcement section would be more appropriate?
"Developed or developing a new product in PureBasic? Tell the world about it."

As you've stated: It's for the moderator to decide. :-)
