Re: Linux for All

Ok, AMD Mantle is for all PCs - not just linux. The studio who partnered for EA (DICE) don't have a release date for a Mantle compatible edition of Battlefield 4 - some time maybe December is the latest.
Again, the simple questions, which app is only on linux to make me ditch OSX and Windows?
Where can I order Battlefield 4 for linux for launch on the 29th October?
If Mantle is so earth shattering, why have both MS and Sony stated that their next-gens won't be compatible?
I know I sound like I don't use linux, I do - I run debian-headless on my nas and openelec on my Pi.
Here's something from some years ago, which judging by the posts here, still holds true today. If you are easily offended, don't follow the link.
